This new addition to their collection has a stack of sprouting trays. Unglazed to slowly release water to your precious sprouts with a glazed bottom layer to catch any drips and keep the humidity up.
We've had great results from Puy Lentils, the little blue/green ones. They are reliable sprouters and taste a bit peppery. They make a super addition to your salads.
- Soak your chosen seeds for a few hours or overnight.
- Rinse and drain before spreading onto your sprouting trays.
- Water each tray with a quick rinse under the tap each day.
- Your sprouts will be ready to eat in just a few days.
